I still cannot believe I climbed up to a waterfall, dove into a cool fresh-water pool surrounded by a rainbow formed from the mist and spray of the waterfall hitting the rocks around me. Truly awesome!
The president of our company from Texas came down for a site visit and mentioned that she got car-sick. One of her comments was “Owen was so very considerate. He took a shorter route and made sure the turns were not too sharp but never made an issue of it.”
Owen is “Kalinago” – the indigenous people who were here hundreds of years before Dominica was ‘discovered’ and so he KNOWS what he is talking about! And he talks from the heart about his country and the people, once called ‘Caribs’. This is how the Caribbean got it’s name.
C’était incroyable de voir comment Owen a aidé les enfants et les adultes à grimper les chutes. Sécurité, l’aventure, la nature à son meilleur avec DominicaTaxi.
